Prior Inducted into DLI

At this past year's International convention held in Dallas, Texas, Prior Victor was among seven Brothers nation wide to be inducted into the Beta class of the Developing Leaders Initiative. The Developing Leaders Initiative (DLI) is an exclusive program undertaken by the National Office (and funded by the Sigma Alpha Mu Foundation) once every two years that serves to enhance the effectiveness of the International Leadership Conferences as well as develop future leaders. Prerequisite for selection are demonstration of leadership in the chapter, on campus, and in the general community. The Beta class represents the second time the exclusive program was undertaken. This past year's inductees developed a proposal to combat bystander behavior within Chapters. The proposal was ultimately accepted by the Octagon- and was presented by Prior Victor to all the Chapters in attendance at the Business Session. Sigma Alpha Mu continues to be proud of all of Victor's hard work: both at the Chapter and National level.
