Signs Of Early Menopause – First Symptoms Of Menopause

What most people know about menopause is that it begins once menstruation ends. Age wise, it could occur anytime between the 40 and 50 age range. But has it ever occurred to you that it could happen even as early as your thirties? Yes, you read it right. Thirties. Just at the prime of your life in perhaps all aspects, are you ready to deal with the signs of early menopause?

While the hot flashes still remain at the top spot for being a chief symptom of menopause, it is mostly felt by women belonging to the age range mentioned above. Women at the peak of their careers may be manifesting this signature symptom but they are not totally aware of it. They would perhaps deem it as just one of those feverish nights that may be dealt with normally as there are no other fever-like symptoms (generalized weakness) involved.

Among the signs of early menopause that is brushed off as rather normal, the mood swings is perhaps the most common. This could be brought about by stressful situations that can eventually lead to frequent bouts of irritability. This chain of emotions could actually signify that menopause will arrive anytime soon. Although the menstrual periods still occur at its normal time, it does not mean that menopause is far from being at the starting line.

The level of a woman’s irritability does not increase without any contributing factors. There would of course be reasons why there is a sudden shift in one’s attitude. As with the case of menopause, it could be a different story. One can be triggered by the simplest of all reasons. A mother, whose patience has been greatly subjected to a thorough test drive by rearing three kids, who frets upon a toilet seat being left up may be dealing with the signs of early menopause.

Women exhibiting unexplained bouts of sudden irritability may still be at a stage of denial once the issue of menopause is brought up. This is because most people often associate the condition with old age, and they are probably not open to the idea that menopause may already be starting, regardless of age.

Signs of early menopause will certainly be ignored by women who still remain busy. Career women or busy mothers may be oblivious to the symptoms that they just consider these as part of the stresses of one’s career or simple fatigue from the daily household routines.

Their share of stressful situations may actually contribute to the gradual decrease in the production of hormones. This, in turn, becomes responsible for physical manifestations such as the sudden dryness of skin, the wrinkles and the sagging flesh.

If you are a woman in your late thirties and you happen to find yourself visiting the grocery aisles stated with anti aging products, then it means that you are slowly accepting the inevitable. Although you want those wrinkles off your face, at least you have embraced the fact that signs of early menopause are knocking at your door. You are pretty much aware that the solutions that used to work for you have not been as effective; thus, the eventual change in your beauty regimen. It just goes to show that you are silently accepting the signs, even if they began knocking way before your forties.
