Women slowly entering the menopausal phase are already beginning to have pre menopause symptoms. 5. Regular checkups. This is not the time to fear the physicians and dread any diagnosis that would come out of any tests. Pre menopause symptoms may be anything from weight gain to endometriosis to sweet cravings. Those unexplained cravings, for instance, should not be merely attributed to this stage. An uncontrolled case may be bordering on diabetes, so these should be monitored.

Although much has been said about hormone replacement being a top choice as treatment for pre menopause, the above noted measures are very practical and easy to follow. Hormone replacement therapy aims to replace the depleted levels of progesterone and estrogen in women undergoing menopause.
